At The Centre for Exceptional Leadership we make a point of knowing leadership.

Sounds simple, but believe us, it isn't! Leadership is a complex business and it's easy to get overwhelmed by the confusing and often contradictory views presented in the plethora of literature on the subject. We spend many hours endeavouring to stay current with the publications that have something significant to say about leadership and, in particular, the leadership practices that have had an impact on long-term organizational results.

Ultimately though, we believe that you must reconcile what is important to you about leadership.

In this section, you'll find where we stand on the issue of leadership:

• In "About Leadership", we describe what we believe is required of leadership both now and in the future.
• Organizations filled with exceptional leaders are likely to result in "Exceptional Organizations".
