Noel Tichy is a professor at the University of Michigan Business School
in Ann Arbor. In the 1980's, he ran GE's leadership development centre
in Crotonville, New York.
The Centre for Exceptional Leadership is shaped to a large extent by
the values, beliefs, research and experiences of our team.
We then partner with individuals who share similar values and can contribute

Peter
Mogan
Lawyer, Facilitator, Mediator
For the past twenty-seven years, Peter has been active as a lawyer,
businessman, facilitator and mediator in Ontario and B.C. He has worked
closely with his private and public small to mid-sized business clients
in a wide variety of tasks from business formation through financings,
mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, dealings with government,
tax planning, and securities compliance.
Peter brings a passion for leadership and culture and the interplay
between the two. He has worked with several organizations, large and
small, business and not-for-profit, facilitating and advising in the
areas of leadership development, shaping corporate culture, conflict
management and strategic planning. In line with the Centre’s
vision for leaders, Peter has been deeply involved in long-term individual
and organizational transformation.
Peter serves or has served on the boards of over a dozen private
and public corporations and numerous charitable organizations.
Using the case-study approach, Peter has taught for twelve years
at Regent College in Vancouver and has been involved in delivering
hands-on training and facilitation in Central Europe and in Australia.
Peter is just completing his second book, Building a Legacy of Value,
targeted at business owners who want to leave behind a lasting impact
both internally and in the broader community they serve.
In addition to his legal education, Peter has received training in
case study teaching, behavioural science (in a leadership context),
