Education & Training: Ann is a graduate of the Coaches Training
Institute and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She
is also certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She attended the
University of Victoria and has extensive "hands-on" training
in facilitation in such areas as leadership, coaching, presentation skills,
change and time management. She is licensed in Myers-Briggs Personality
Indicator and has been trained in and facilitated workshops in 360 Feedback.
Professional Background: Ann has a full-time coaching and facilitation
practice and works with individuals, teams and corporations. She has 25
years of corporate experience in sales, finance, and human resources --
primarily in the banking industry. Ann's clients range from leaders, managers
and teams in the public and private sectors to small business owners,
career transitioners and university students. She is currently involved
in coaching programs at The City of Richmond and The District of West
Vancouver She is actively involved in The Leadership and Management Programs
at Vancouver Community College and in 1999 received the National Mentor
of the Year Award for her work mentoring University graduates.
Personal Information: Ann is a great believer in the lightness
of life. She feels that fun is an attitude, it's not a thing you do but
how you show up in the world so you can really discover your authentic
self. Knowing who you are, your values, your beliefs and your purpose
gives you a solid foundation to slay any dragons. When Ann is not helping
people slay dragons she is socializing with her friends, running through
the trails at UBC or reading a great book. She has one son in college
and is learning to be the mother of a son who is ready to conquer the
world in his own way.

Personal Information: Steve has been married for 23 years and enjoys
raising his 3 teenage daughters, and a variety of outdoor activities in
the forests and waters around Vancouver.

Terry
Ramsey
Education & Training: Terry is a graduate of the Coaches Training
Institute and is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC). She
also completed advanced leadership training with The Newfield Network
and Innerworks Solutions---achieving a Master Certified Coach designation
(MCC) from The International Coach Federation (ICF).
Professional Background: Terry earned an undergraduate degree from
the University of Manitoba. She combines the wisdom of 20 years of health
care experience with the success of her coaching to provide clients with
a fresh perspective, challenge their self-limiting beliefs, and develop
the skills and competencies they need to realize their goals.
Areas Of Expertise: Terry specializes in building leadership capacity,
team coaching and teaching managers how to be coaches. Her passion is
creating "coaching cultures" where all people are seen, heard
and valued.
Memberships: Terry is the Past President and co-founder of the Vancouver
Chapter of the International Coach Federation and remains an active member.
She is a member of Peer Resources.
Personal Information: Terry is happily married to Ray and has 2
grown daughters. When she is not coaching, speaking, facilitating workshops
or teaching at the local college, she is in the Coast Mountains snowshoeing
in winter or biking in summer.

Professional Background: 20 years of management, consulting and
coaching experience in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors
in Nova Scotia, Ontario and British Columbia. Progressively more senior
management positions in health, post-secondary education and community
sectors such as Chief Operating Officer for the Faculty of Medicine at
the University of Western Ontario, Associate Dean of Health Sciences at
the British Columbia Institute of Technology and the Provincial Advisor
for the B.C. Association for Child Development & Rehabilitation. President
of W. B. Sandy & Associates, a management and planning consulting
firm for B.C. and the Yukon since 1992. Founder of Pathfinder Coaching
providing coaching for individuals, partners, businesses and organizations
in Canada, the U.S.A. and Europe since 1999.

Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; Masters of Education (Counselling Psychology), University
of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta; Coaching Training: Coaches Training Institute,
San Rafael, California; Co-Active Space Leadership Program, Sebastopol,
California; Center for Right Relationship, Richmond, California.
Professional Background: Juhree's career began in nursing
and includes 25 years of management, consulting, strategic planning and
policy development at senior levels in government and mental health organizations
in Alberta and British Columbia. She has worked as a mental health clinician
and trained other professionals in individual and family therapy. She
is on faculty of the School of Nursing at University of BC.
As a leader for CTI and the Bigger Game Company Juhree leads coaching
workshops internationally, supervises coaches in certification and leads
teleclasses on building a coaching practice. She is a member of the International
Coach Federation and is active in the Vancouver Co-Active Coaching Learning
Community. In January 2003 she led the first co-active coaching course
in Israel and continues to support the Israeli coaching community through
workshops and teleclasses. Juhree's coaching practice includes senior
executives in business and health care as well as other professionals.
She is committed to developing leaders and transforming health care through
co-active leadership and coaching and has led numerous workshops in health
care organizations in BC, Ontario and the US.
